Personal Favorites of 2000/U.S. & Canada

10 p.m. to Midnight Host: Steve Winters

The second week of looking back at a Baker's Dozen (and then some) of our favorite recordings issued in 2000. This week's program focused on this side of the Atlantic Ocean, specifically America and Canada. One proviso is that no recordings are included that were made by artists from the region, many of whom are personal friends and acquaintances. They get a lot of airplay and even in-studio performances. And, again (see explanation with the Jan. 5 Profiles playlist), there were dozens more fine recordings that could have been on this list.
