Connecting The Dots

10 p.m. to Midnight Host: Steve Winters

Putting the spotlight primarily on new releases, the first 75 minutes of this show (without any breaks) offered the task of connecting the dots from one set or piece of music to another. I’ll leave it to you to make the connections. Irish-bred Anthony John Clarke offered a house concert the next night over in Long Island. His music was new to Profiles in Folk. Bouquets to Sybil Moser for alerting us to this quite fine singer/songwriter. Celtic guitarist John Brennan and button accordion wiz John Whelan will be joining us in the studios on April 30.
