Totally Traditional

10 p.m. to Midnight Host: Steve Winters

While Profiles in Folk’s programming definitely leans toward the traditional in folk and acoustic music, it’s definitely a treat when there’s so much traditional music being recorded as there is at the moment. Could there be a trend here? Let’s hope so.

Here’s a show that’s traditional folk at its best — and with pleasant surprises to boot. There’s one exception. We’ll leave it up to you listeners to find that one cut that’s, well, not totally traditional.
