We’re on vacation this week and this program is a recorded encore of a popular show we offered back in June, presenting a “show within a show”. The program provided a variety of bluegrass sandwiched around a packaged one-hour interview from Rounder Records with bluegrass superstar Alison Krauss, complete with musical selections and with Rounder’s very own Brad Paul conducting the interview. Listeners said it was a real treat to hear such extended comments from Alison and her musings on the world of bluegrass specifically and music in general. The “show within a show” promoted her Rounder album, “A Hundred Miles Or More”.
