Ringing In The New Year

10 p.m. to Midnight Host: Steve Winters

It’s still three more days before 2008 makes its debut, but this is a show to prepare listeners for the merriment and celebration. Using folk and acoustic music, we mark the end of one year and the beginning of another and look musically at the rituals of wassailing, hunting the wren and the Haxley Hood Game. Happy New Year!
