A Mixed Bag

10 p.m. to Midnight Host: Steve Winters

No particular theme tonight, except that three of the artists (Arlo Guthrie, Pine Leaf Boys, Steve Earle) will be appearing in our broadcast area in upcoming weeks, with Steve Earle the Saturday night headliner for the Connecticut Folk Festival in New Haven in September. Lots of good music, including a foray into Cajun music as we give a nod to the Rhythm & Roots Festival in Charlestown, Rhode Island on Labor Day Weekend! I ended the evening with double takes of two songs written by Liz Meyers of European World of Bluegrass fame.
