This is the weekend of Mother's Day and the program gives our appropriate nod to the women who nourished and nurtured us and our own offspring. In addition, there are sets devoted to three groups --- Cowboy Junkies, Lorraine & Bennett Hammond, and the April Verch Band --- that have major appearances in our broadcast area.
