You Asked For The Songs . And You Got Them

10 p.m. to Midnight Host: Steve Winters

As a "thank you" follow-up to last week's Pledge Drive, this is a show created from recent listener requests. The only exceptions are the beautiful and haunting opening and closing tunes from the inimitable musical virtuoso Peter Ostroushko's brand new release. They fit right in to a show of listener requests because through the decades Ostroushko has always been an oft-requested artist by Profiles in Folk listeners. My thanks to listeners for pricking my conscience that there are a few favorite folk performers I've not been programming much in recent months.
